Will my service be affected by the holiday?

If a major holiday falls on a weekday, it’s possible your regular service will be delayed by one business day.

How can I pay my bill?

We’re happy to accent your payment via mail or our handy online portal. See the bottom right side of the portal page to set up a new account to get started.

Do you have autopay?

We do. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and ACH payments. Contact our office to get set up.

Help! People are using my dumpster. What can be done?

We can install a bar lock mechanism that keeps the lids shut using your padlock. When we dump the container, the mechanism opens when it’s upside down so we do not need your key or combination.

The city says I have to have my business information on my container. How do I do that?

No problem! We can provide you with a blank sticker that you can write your business information on using a fade-resistant permanent marker.

Do I have to have a fence around my container?

That depends on if you’re an existing structure or new construction. We can take a look and let you know. Contact Gulf Coast Containers and we’ll stop by to take a look.

Do you charge more if my container is a little overfull one time?

No – only jerks do that! An overfull cart does make it more likely that trash will blow out or fall out when we service it. This makes the driver have to get out and clean up your space, so please be mindful and try to avoid overfilling your container. If it’s a consistent issue, we’ll call about upsizing your service so that your space is neat and tidy and our drivers stay safe.
